“Writing Meaningful Behavioral and Developmental Notes” is a practical online training designed to help early childhood educators observe, document, and communicate children’s growth with clarity and purpose. Using real examples and aligned with Washington State Core Competencies, this course teaches how to write objective, strengths-based notes that support individualized care, family communication, and professional collaboration. Educators will finish the course with increased confidence and skill in creating documentation that truly reflects each child’s developmental journey.  The STARS/MERIT credit earned is 10 Hours of “Ongoing Measurement of Child Progress” training.
