The STARS-MERIT Program

STARS on the Internet" provides STARS courses for Washington State Child Care Providers & Staff. 

Ten hours of STARS classes must be updated every year for all Child Care Center staff to comply with Washington State licensing requirements. These hours must be entered in your MERIT account.
