Ten hours of STARS classes must be updated every year for all Child Care Center/Family Home staff to comply with Washington State licensing requirements.
PROCESS

Purchase a class and get started right away completing lessons at your own pace.

Submit your assignments via email to STARS trainer Elizabeth Bakke.

Once all 5 lessons are submitted and approved, your STARS hours will be recorded on Merit, and you will be able to apply for your refund via your Merit account.

You will receive a certificate via email, and will have 10 hours of STARS classes completed for the year!
